Holiday is just around the corner, fun and frolic along with weight gain is what you are going to see in the next one month or so to come. Without any shadow of hesitation, holiday season means foods, travelling and enjoyment but it does not mean that you won’t have to take car of your health and all. Yes, you do have to take care of your health but it does not mean avoiding friends and family or avoiding any meals with them. You just need to make sure that you have a proper diet plan and you too can loose weight while on holiday, in spite of gaining some pounds.
Count your calories sensibly and take care of what you are eating. It is not like eating much will increase your weight, it is like what you are eating makes you put on some weight. Anyways, avoid high fats foods like desserts and stuffing or make sure that you consume them in low amount. Keeping track of what you are consuming might also help you to lose some extra pound.

Have a light breakfast, light lunch and then a light snack in the after noon. All through your holiday, make it a point to drink tons of water. Water is very good for health and when consumed in a proper manner can work wonders for the body. It would help you stay fit, slim and your skin clear and glowing.
Exercise is one of the best ways, with the help of which you would be able to lose considerable amount of weight in the holiday season. Exercise lessens stress and burn calories, which in short is the way for a slim and trim body. Besides, make it a point to take a brisk walk after your meal; it would help you digest your food well.
Food to limit
As mentioned above, you should avoid consuming high fats foods. Besides, eliminate all desserts like pumpkin pies, chocolate cakes, and nut pie and replace them with fruits. However, it is hard to get rid of desserts during the holiday season, so you better limit your dessert to a sugar free fruit pie.
No doubt, if you limit your desserts, drink plenty of water and work out daily. you would see a total change in yourself once the holiday season is over. After this start it would be much easier keeping up the work for achieving your weight loss goals and getting the body you’ve been ever dreaming of.
