Once you have proper diet, you need to exercise. Together with healthy and balanced diet, rest and relaxation, exercise is recommended to promote your optimal health. You don’t need to run a marathon
As well as doing regular workout, being on the move all day will make you burn more fat. Walk, run, jogg or do exercises on a regular basis. It’s best if you can do exercises at least 3-4 days per week. Fast walks and aerobic exercises are the best for burning fat!
